GENERAL: In sales since 1968 with both business and residential experience. Owner and Broker of J-Mar Realty. Have been Board President for Lake Elsinore Valley Canyon Lake Board of Realtors, Founding Director / Secretary of Greater Inland Valley MLS, State Director for California Association of Realtors as well as many other Board related chairpersons and committee member. Approved Fannie Mae Listing Agent as well as having been recognized by my board numerous times for Top Producer Awards; Also selected as Realtor of the year by my Board.

EDUCATION: BS Degree with option in Management from Long Beach State University - additional 8 college classes to complete requirement for Broker's License - Many continueing R.E. Education classes and seminars including Real Estate Appraisal. Taught Real Estate Practices at Mt. San Jacinto College, Menifee Valley Campus.

OTHER ACTIVITIES AND HOBBIES: involved with Muscular Dystrophy for years; obtained United States Coast Guard License for 99 passengers; lately, I have been doing a lot of kayaking, here and elsewhere, longest trip has been to, around and back from Catalina Island; certified suba driver; enjoy just being by, on and viewing our Lake; stamp collector, enjoy computers most of the time.
